Your information.

Updated October 27, 2026 · Website, repair communications, and employee job alerts

This policy describes how Dillon Collision Center handles information collected through this website and its repair-related text messaging, automated phone call, email, and employee job-alert programs.

Information we collect

If you choose text messages, automated phone calls, or email updates, we collect the phone number and/or email address needed for your selected methods, your name if provided, your selected contact methods, and a separate record of your permission for each selected method, including the date, source page, and consent wording. Our website hosting provider processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site. The form stores a daily hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions.

How we use information

We use this information to record your choices, communicate about appointments, estimates, repair progress, parts delays, pickup, and your questions, and protect the form from misuse. Message, call, and email frequency vary. Message and data rates may apply to texts; carrier charges may apply to calls. Automated calls use an artificial or prerecorded voice. We do not use this signup for marketing texts, calls, or emails.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, email address, opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose information only as needed to service providers operating our website, text messaging, automated call, and email services, including our hosting provider and, when activated, Twilio and SendGrid, or as required by law. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotion.

Employee job alerts

For designated employees who opt in to staff alerts, we collect the employee name, mobile number, consent wording, signature or other written agreement, date and enrollment method. Signed consent records are kept privately by the shop administrator. We use this information to administer enrollment, send internal repair-job summaries, handle delivery and opt-outs, and provide support. Alerts may include customer and vehicle information needed for authorized shop work. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

Signing up for texts, automated calls, or emails is optional and is not a condition of purchase or repair service. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for text assistance. To stop automated calls, call (406) 683-5278 or email travis@dilloncollisioncenter.com. To stop email updates, email travis@dilloncollisioncenter.com or call (406) 683-5278. Each channel requires its own permission; choosing one does not give permission for the others. You may also contact the shop to withdraw permission, request access or a correction, or ask about deletion. We may retain consent and opt-out records as needed to honor your choices and meet recordkeeping obligations.

Retention and security

Access to consent records is restricted to authorized shop personnel and service providers supporting the service. We retain records as needed for repair communication, consent evidence, security, and applicable obligations. No electronic storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
